I am selling my house, its a modern home with three bedrooms, lounge, dining room kitchen, bathroom, garage, servants quarters or extra room to rent with a bathroom, tile roof, secure and large back yard in a quiet area.
I have over the last year renovated my home, nothing extra can be done, the kitchen is completed renovated, bathroom has been renovated, all bedrooms renovated, dining room and lounge renovated, newly fitted tiles and new carpets fitted in the bedrooms.
The price is R 800 000.00 but can negotiate.
